Found the doc to be very approachable n willing to listen.. she also tried her best to comfort my daughter for whom we had consulted her, lastly while treatment is still on n it's a 5 day course recommended by the doc - what left me super impressed is the fact that her office called next day proactively to follow-up n check plus when we got the cbc n other reports she had asked us to get done - her office gave me a wassup number to share the report n then called me back advising next steps - makes life so much simpler for all - imagine one going to the clinic again awaiting turn to show report etc etc.. which unwillingly at times becomes harassment esp in bigger metros where even 5 km distance n doc visit can cost u 2 hours or more

It was during lockdown. I was not feeling comfortable at all. Doctor's timely treatment helped me a lot to recover from my severe ear problem. I thank a lot Dr. Neha for her commitment and handling my problem with utmost care and I also recommend others to visit her.
